Professional environmental consulting requires a thorough understanding of regulations related to engineering, the environment, health and safety, as well as a general working knowledge of technology and construction. Meeting this need requires not only sufficient professional credentials, but ongoing training, research, and education in the most current laws, regulations, and codes to assure that the projects are fully compliant. TPG personnel stay abreast of the current standard of care, which often exceeds regulatory minimums, and must be adhered to in order to properly manage the client’s legal liability. TPG’s licensing, resource and continuing standards for its personnel include:

• Maintenance of current licensing, registration, and certification in all requisite areas in order to provide service not only in Texas, but throughout the United States
• Availability of internal reference resources (e.g. online subscription services, CD-ROM libraries, Federal and State register updates, professional publications, etc...)
• Attendance at both in-house and professional training programs and courses to maintain licenses and certifications
• Membership and participation in professional organizations and societies
• Reviews of professional journals and periodicals
